Sometimes we just need a soft place to pause and check in with ourselves. These assessments are meant for self-reflection, not diagnosis. Choose whatever feels right for where you are today. There’s no rush, no pressure! Just information to help give insight

Ayurveda is an ancient, heart-centered system of healing from the Vedic tradition in India. It sees health as a balance between your body, mind, and environment. In Ayurveda, each person has a natural blend of three main doshas, or energy types:

Vata people are light, airy, and fast because their elements are space and air.

Pitta people are fiery, focused, and intense because their elements are fire and water.

Kapha people are steady, grounded, and nurturing because their elements are earth and water.

Taking a dosha assessment does not diagnose you or put you in a box. It helps you to understand how your system tends to move, realize what throws you off, and learn what enables you to come back into balance. When your primary dosha is more balanced, you are more likely to feel like yourself again, clearer, steadier, and more at ease with your body and mind.
